We select the nearest available fulfillment warehouse for each order. We offer delivery to countries available for checkout on this store. Available delivery methods and the final delivery charge for your address are shown before payment. If a destination or service is unavailable for a particular product or address, checkout will show this before you pay.

We normally dispatch an in-stock order within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. For addresses in Asia, we estimate delivery within 7 calendar days after the order is confirmed. For addresses outside Asia, we estimate delivery within 10 calendar days after the order is confirmed. A selected service may have a shorter estimate, as shown at checkout. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. For UK orders, unless we agree a different delivery period with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days after the order. We will notify you if we cannot meet an agreed delivery date and explain your options under applicable law.

Standard delivery is currently free for destinations served by checkout. Express delivery, where available, is currently USD $15 for US addresses and USD $19.99 for other destinations. The final delivery charge and currency are shown before payment. If tracking is available for your service, we will send the details after dispatch. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact ydang_y@outlook.com with your order number.

For international orders, we bear import duties and import taxes. If a carrier or customs authority asks you to pay these charges on delivery, contact ydang_y@outlook.com before paying so we can arrange payment or resolve the charge. If you have already paid, send us the receipt so we can reimburse the documented import charge. Any destination restrictions will be shown before checkout. We do not ask customers to pay extra charges that were not disclosed as required by law.
