We select the nearest available fulfillment warehouse for each order. We offer delivery to countries available for checkout on this store. Available delivery methods and the final delivery charge for your address are shown before payment. If a destination or service is unavailable for a particular product or address, checkout will show this before you pay.

We normally dispatch an in-stock order within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. Orders are usually delivered within 7 days after order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. The shipping method and any more specific estimate available for your order are shown at checkout. For UK orders, unless we agree a different delivery period with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days after the order. We will notify you if we cannot meet an agreed delivery date and explain your options under applicable law.

Standard delivery is currently free for destinations served by checkout. Express delivery, where available, is currently USD $15 for US addresses and USD $19.99 for other destinations. The final delivery charge and currency are shown before payment. If tracking is available for your service, we will send the details after dispatch. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact support@trauemy.net with your order number.

For international orders, we bear import duties and import taxes. If a carrier or customs authority asks you to pay these charges on delivery, contact support@trauemy.net before paying so we can arrange payment or resolve the charge. If you have already paid, send us the receipt so we can reimburse the documented import charge. Any destination restrictions will be shown before checkout. We do not ask customers to pay extra charges that were not disclosed as required by law.
